We had our house listed with a "six figure agent" of 30+ years experience, we were listed with her for over a year with no action. When we switched to Janell she did a full video of our house on our site, she hosted an agent open house which gave us a ton of feedback, she gave us great feedback from showings. This helped us make a few changes and our house was sold within 3 months after! We said "WHY" didn't we get this assistance from our first agent. We were very impressed with her dedication to us.
